ICS Kenya feted organizations that demonstrated exemplary performance to honour and celebrate their customers during Customer Service Week 2016. The colourful awards breakfast ceremony was held at Westwood Hotel at 8:00am
The CS Week Innovation Awards are awards that recognize and celebrate the success of organizations that have demonstrated exemplary planning and execution, as well as creativity and innovation during the Customer Service Week.
The winners were determined after a very competitive process where an eminent panel of judges comprising of Derek Bbanga – CEO Public Image Ltd, Tom Sitati CEO – Brand Integrated Ltd, and Sheila Kariuki CEO – Resource Associates Ltd; all respected brand experience strategists and management practitioners in industry, assessed the submissions against the outlined criteria to determine the winners.
